What flavors do you offer?

Our seven flavors include Morning Joy, Colombian Cheer, Dark Bean Daydream, Vanilla Jubilee, Happy Hazelnut, French Elation, and Delightful Decaf. You can find all of our coffee roasts and flavors here.

Does the coffee machine/brewer come with my subscription?

For most of our subscription tiers, the JoyBarista brewer is included complimentary. For some of the smaller tiers, the brewer is offered at a discounted price.

When will I receive my first shipment?

Most of our shipments will be sent out via FedEx ground, so most orders should arrive in 5-10 days. Some large orders that need to be broken into multiple destinations will take a longer time to fulfill. Some destinations may take longer. You’ll be sent a tracking number when you check out.

How can I increase or decrease the amount of coffee I receive in my future shipments?

Due to how we charge credit cards, you must created a new subscription of a different size in order to increase or decrease the amount of coffee you receive.  The easiest way to do this is to contact us with the details of your change and we can assist you.

How can I change the roasts I receive in future orders?

You can easily change your roasts you’ll receive on future orders that have not already shipped.  Find your subscription under My Account and click view. When the subscription detail page loads, you can click Change Roasts and easily update the roasts you will receive.

Can I purchase additional brewers?

We’re working on the ability to add an extra brewer to your order. If you’d like to order an extra brewer now, please contact us at [email protected]

What if my brewer breaks?

Don’t fret! If your brewer breaks at any time while you’re a subscription coffee customer, we’ll replace it free of charge. Before you reach out, though, please check out our Brewer FAQ.

What comes in my JoyBarista brewer box?

You get the JoyBarista Brewer, the detachable drip tray, an instruction manual, and unlimited Joy.

How big is the JoyBarista brewer?

The brewer is 11.5″ tall x 11″ deep x 7″ wide.

Are the pods recyclable?

Yes. The plastic pods are listed as #7 plastic, which is recyclable in most large metropolitan cities. Click here to find your local center. The trick is that you cannot recycle the pod with the compostable material still inside (grounds, filter) and foil lid on top. With each new customer order, we provide you a promo code and link to receive a Recycle-a-Cup tool to remove the lid from your pods so you can take out the compostable materials and recycle the remaining plastic. Does my order automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods, either every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months depending on the subscription you choose.  We will email you prior to a subscription renewal.

Does DripJoy store my profile information?

Yes, when you place a purchase on, we store your information in a profile in order to better service you. You can login to access your account details and order history.

Can I change my profile information, such address and payment info?

Yes, login to your account and click on your profile. You can update your information and save it.

Does DripJoy charge for shipping?

Shipping is $9.99 for all orders within the contiguous United States. Other destinations might require additional shipping costs, if available on the checkout page. If you opt into the DripJoy Shipping+ program, a 365 day membership agreement, shipping is free for the duration of your membership.

Does DripJoy retain my credit card information?

DripJoy has the ability to store your credit card information if you so chose, however the data is stored by a third party PCI compliant provider. On the checkout page, you can chose to not have your info stored, and you can delete your data at any time.

What payment types does DripJoy accept?

DripJoy accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal. Checking out is quick and easy with our simplified credit card fields.

How do I know if my order was placed and what the status of the order is?

To find your order information, log into your account and view your order history. You should see the order listed in your order history, along with relevant details such as order number, date, and status. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, or if you require more detailed status information than in available in your account, please contact customer support. Additionally, after placing an order, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email.

My package hasn’t arrived yet!

It can take up to 10 days to arrive, and in rare cases can take a little longer. Hold on just a little longer. If it’s been more than 10 days, email us at [email protected]

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel a subscription or order at any time as long as it hasn’t already shipped.  We provide a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all first time orders.

How do I modify my subscription?

To modify your subscription, visit subscriptions in your account dashboard. You can change your roasts, change your shipping address, change your payment method, and pause or cancel.

What is DripJoy’s return policy?

Unfortunately we cannot accept coffee back, but we will replace roasts that you don’t like, on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to learn more. You can return your brewer as long as you’re a member.

Does DripJoy ship outside of the United States?

No, not at this time.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order or product?

We stand behind our products. If you are unhappy for any reason, just contact us and we will take care of you.
