We provide a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all first time orders. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your coffee, brewer, or other product, we’ll refund your money – no questions asked.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order prior to it shipping from our warehouse. We typically ship orders within a few hours of them being created. Once an order is with the shipping carrier, we cannot reverse it. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee still applies to all first time orders.
Orders that are generated based on a subscription, are done so between 3 and 5 days following an email reminder that we send to you. Please use this time to address any changes or issues with future orders based on that subscription.
If you have an issue with an order, we’ll do everything possible to remedy the situation based on our guarantees.
Pausing or Cancelling Subscriptions
You can pause, cancel, or adjust a subscription at any time without incurring any penalties or costs. Simply log into your account and navigate to the subscription in order to edit it.
