30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We provide a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all first time orders (if you purchased a sample, it won’t count as your first order). If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your coffee, brewer, or other products, we’ll refund your money. We do ask that you return any brewers that were not purchased for full price if you cancel within 90 days of subscribing – you’ll simply be responsible for shipping the brewer back to us. If you’d like to keep the brewer at that time, we’ll just charge you the difference between full price and what you paid.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order prior to it shipping from our warehouse. We typically ship orders within a few hours of them being created. Once an order is with the shipping carrier, we cannot reverse it. Orders that are generated based on a subscription, are done so between 3 and 5 days following an email reminder that we send to you.

Pausing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can pause, cancel, or adjust a subscription at any time without incurring any penalties or costs. Simply contact support. We do ask that you return any brewers that were not purchased for full price if you cancel within 90 days of subscribing – you’ll simply be responsible for shipping the brewer back to us.
